The Flow Wellness program runs 12 weeks of active dosing followed by an optional 4-week maintenance window. Your nurse practitioner adjusts the protocol throughout based on your response.

No. Tirzepatide is available via HIPAA-compliant telehealth across the lower 48 states. In-person visits are available at our Hamburg clinic if preferred.
